Does SpiffSpark change anything in our CRM?
No. SpiffSpark has read-only access: it pulls activity data from your CRM and never creates or edits records. For Salesforce, you can connect it through a read-only integration user. There is nothing to clean up afterward.
Who sets it up?
We do, with you. Every customer gets white-glove onboarding: we configure the platform, connect your CRM, and launch your first competition alongside your team.
