Why we started SpiffSpark

SpiffSpark started with a simple observation: sales teams are competitive by nature, but most tooling buries their wins under dashboards nobody reads. We thought there was a better way — one where every dial, every demo, every closed deal gets celebrated.

We started with sales teams, but quickly heard the same thing from recruiters at staffing agencies and managers at auto dealerships: the activity is different, but the psychology is the same. Anyone who tracks numbers wants to see the scoreboard.

Today, SpiffSpark powers competitions for teams across industries. The product grows with our customers — new game types, new integrations, new ways to celebrate the wins.
